How to search correctly?
The search engine supports both full certificate numbers (e.g., 1234/PL) and VIN identification numbers (17 characters). The system suggests results after typing 3 characters. If a document is not found, check if you omitted slashes or special characters.
COCH Authenticity Verification
A result shown with "VALID" status is a digital confirmation of the authenticity of the paper document. Each certificate has a unique key in the COCH Krakow database. In case of discrepancies between the physical document and the online database, please contact the inspection office.
Available Data Scope
The database contains current registers of ATP, PED, GDP certificates and product certifications. Data is updated periodically. Newly issued documents appear in the system within 24-48 hours of their formal approval.
