What happens next?
- After reviewing your application, we will assign an NCR number and inform you of the warranty status via email.
- For out-of-warranty devices, a diagnostic fee will be provided (depending on the type of device).
- Important: Please ship the device only after you have received the NCR number and accepted the service terms.
- If the repair quote is rejected, a diagnostic fee and return shipping costs will be charged.
- You may arrange your own courier for collection or choose personal pickup.
